QA:
Is it durable? Can it support over 200lbs of resistance?
It is extremely durable. It is made of heavy duties steal. But, as far as being able to support over 200 lbs, I am not sure. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

Is the area where the bar disassembles sturdy? Is it a weak point that’s prone to bending or breaking?
It is very sturdy. I would say that as long as the conjunction point is tightened properly that it is as strong as any other point in the bar.
I have used this bar in every way possible without any issues.

Can you use this with the continuous loop band?
I use it with a continuous loop band and my own carabiners and it works fine.

Do the attachments points swivel or are they fixed in one position? I would be using this on a cable machine.
I have this bar and the ends do swivel.
